My stay was somewhat disrupted by the intense movement and noise in the shared room, making it difficult to sleep. the cleanliness of the bathrooms was not up to standard, detracting from the overall experience.

The only good thing about this place was that the front desk guy let us stay there on New Year’s Eve even though they apparently don't take Chicago residents. The location is good, a few blocks from bus and subway. The showers had hot water and decent pressure; changing hot breakfast options daily. The neighborhood felt safe with discounts for attractions. The staff was helpful, and the accommodation was clean and organized. The kitchen was well-maintained, and there was ample storage space. The neighborhood is lovely and safe, with easy access to public transportation within walking distance. The relaxation facilities like BBQ facilities, sun terrace, and garden area were enjoyable, enhancing our family bonding experience. Nearby landmarks such as Wrightwood 659, Lincoln Park Zoo, and Lincoln Monument provided enriching cultural experiences for our family.

The hostel's location is perfect, easily accessible to downtown and surrounding neighborhoods through public transport. It is also surrounded by great bars, restaurants, music venues, and stores. The hostel itself is large, well-maintained, and recently updated, providing comfortable accommodations for business travelers.

Some rooms lack necessary amenities, such as shelves or drawers to store belongings. Similarly, the bathrooms on different floors vary in comfort levels, with some lacking necessary facilities.

Excellent management and quick response to accommodate my needs. I had a hip surgery and they immediately arranged for me to have a bottom bed in the same room. The cleaning crew even changed the linens right away so I didn't have to wait. I truly appreciate their exceptional service and will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend Getaway for their outstanding hospitality.

The breakfast here is amazing with a wide variety of options to choose from and the location is conveniently close to Lincoln Park Zoo, making it easily accessible for a visit. Additionally, the private kitchen adds great value to the stay.
